- Title:Approval of Minnesota State Standards
On June 8, 1973, notice was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER (38 FR 15076) of the approval of the Minnesota Plan and the adoption of subpart N of part 1952 containing the decision. Minnesota has incorporated as part of the Plan, the State submitted State standards comparable to Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde;Extention of Administrative Stay, as published in the FEDERAL REGISTER issues dated June 13, 1991; August 18, 1991; and November 13, 1991, the State standards comparable to Occupational Exposure to Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite; extention of partial stay and amendment of final rule as published in the FEDERAL REGISTER dated September 4, 1991, and Safety Standards for Stairways and Ladders Used on the Construction Industry; Technical Amendments to the Final Rule, as published in the FEDERAL REGISTER dated August 23, 1991. This standard was adopted by the Division of Labor Services on Feb. 12, 1992. Notice of its adoption was published by the State on March 16, 1992. The Assistant Secretary finds that good cause exists for not publishing the supplement to the Minnesota State Plan as a proposed change and for making the Regional Administrator''s approval effective upon publication because the standards are identical to the Federal standards and were adopted in accordance with the procedural requirements of State law. This decision is effective July 29, 1992.
