The State standards comparable to Occupational Exposure to Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite; extention of partial stay and amendment of final rule 29 CFR 1926.58 as published in the FEDERAL REGISTER (55 FR 3732, dated Feb. 5, 1990). The Assistant Secretary finds that good cause exists for not publishing the supplement to the Iowa State Plan as a proposed change and for making the Regional Administrator''s approval effective upon publication because the standards are identical to the Federal standards and were adopted in accordance with the procedural requirements of State law. This decision is effective July 29, 1992.
