MEMORANDUM FOR: | REGIONAL ADMINISTRATORS AREA DIRECTORS |
THROUGH: | LEO CAREY Director Office of Field Programs |
FROM: | JOHN A. KATALINAS Director Office of Management Data Systems |
SUBJECT: | Enforcement Statistics Report |
This is to notify you of a new Micro-to-Host report entitled Enforcement Statistics Report." The format and specifications for this report were developed by the IMIS Steering Committee in coordination with the Office of Field Programs and the Regional Administrators. Systems analysis and programming support were provided by OMDS.
The statistics contained in this report were previously accumulated from numerous Micro-to-Host reports and other reports, such as the Plan Versus Actual report. The Enforcement Statistics Report will negate the necessity of running many Micro-to-Host reports in order to acquire one or two statistics.
Although the initial specifications called for only Regional and National summaries, the report was designed so that the information can be displayed by Area Offices as well. This report provides useful statistics on one report. However, please be aware that it costs more than $100.00 to run each report and should, therefore, be used judiciously.
The report was made available via the Micro-to-Host software at all Federal sites at the end of FY 89 with Start-of-Day messages to alert the users to the Micro-to-Host report. In addition to the attached sample of the report, we have included documentation that provides definitions for each statistic and the numerous options for running the report.
If you have any questions, please call me on FTS 523-7008.
