MEMORANDUM FOR: JAMES W. STANLEY REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR FROM: PATRICIA K. CLARK, DIRECTOR DIRECTORATE OF COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS SUBJECT: Favorable Review Commission Decision Sec. v. Coleco Industries, Inc., OSHRC Docket No. 84-546
The Review Commission, in their January 14th decision, affirmed former OSHRC Judge Knight's order finding Coleco in willful violation of the OSH Act and assessing a $10,000 penalty.
This memorandum is being forwarded in an effort to keep the field appraised of the Review Commission's actions that are forwarded to the National Office.
