US deputy assistant secretary of labor for OSHA to testify on whistleblower protections for America's workers

WASHINGTON -- Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Jordan Barab will testify before the House Committee on Education and Labor Subcommittee on Workforce Protections about the Protecting America's Workers Act. Barab will testify regarding the issue of whistleblower protections and victims' rights in OSHA's enforcement process.
