WASHINGTON -- On Tuesday, July 13, Solicitor of Labor M. Patricia Smith, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health Joseph A. Main and Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health Dr. David Michaels will testify on the Miner Safety and Health Act of 2010 legislation before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and Labor.
