ST. LOUIS -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has formed a partnership to ensure the highest level of employee safety and health during the rebuilding of Taum Sauk Upper Reservoir Dam in Reynolds County, Mo. Representatives from OSHA, Ameren Services, Ozark Constructors LLC, and Paul C. Rizzo and Associates Inc. will participate in a signing ceremony Dec. 18 at the construction site. The upper reservoir is impounded by a kidney-shaped, concrete-faced, rock-filled dam and will be replaced with a conventional roller compacted concrete dam.

OSHA's Strategic Partnership Program is part of U.S. Labor Secretary Elaine L.
