Employee's finger is amputated in HMC Bagger line

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on August 4, 2017, an employee was applying Teflon tape on a block. The top seal block on the HMC Bagger line cycled for positioning/testing, amputating right index fingertip of the employee. The amputation included bone loss. The employee was not hospitalized.
