Employee is killed when run over by a railroad car
At 11:43 a.m. on March 28, 2018, an employee was operating a hand brake on a railroad tank car. The employee fell off of the railroad tank car and was struck and run over by the tank car. The employee sustained amputation of the legs and was killed.
