Investigation Summary
At 1:00 a.m. on March 28, 2018, an employee exited a truck he was driving. The employee was walking between the truck he was driving and another truck. The truck that the employee was driving apparently moved forward and pinned the employee to the other truck. The employee sustained chest injuries and died.
