Employee falls from ladder and is killed

On February 16, 2019, an employee was found unresponsive on the floor. His injuries were consistent with a fall from heights according to the medical examiner. No one witnessed the fall. There was a 10 foot A-frame ladder nearby that he could have fallen from. The employee was killed.
