Investigation Summary
At 12:55 a.m. on June 8, 2019, was packing materials in a horizontal bunker silo using a Fendt tractor Model 926 with a steel blade on the front. The employee drove from several coworkers and two coworkers noted a large black plume of black smoke. The coworkers saw that the tractor had rolled over backwards to the west of the bunker and found the employee crushed underneath the cab. Local Emergency Services were contacted but the employee was pronounced at the scene.
