Investigation Summary
At 9:00 a.m. on March 5, 2019, an employee was stocking or standing near condiments area. Per the medical report, the employee had a syncopal episode that caused the employee to fall backwards and strike his head. The employee was transported to a hospital for treatment. The employee was pronounced dead on March 27, 2019. The cause of death was craniocervical injuries from the fall.
