Investigation Summary
At 12:00 p.m. on September 16, 2019, an employee was working with two coworkers to install a wood framework on a two story residential home. The employee was working from a truss when the truss collapsed and the employee fell nine and a half feet, striking the second floor and then further fell an additional ten and a half feet to the concrete floor of the first floor. The employee was killed by unspecified injuries sustained in the fall.
