Investigation Summary
At 3:11 p.m. on March 4, 2020, an employee was performing his normally assigned duties as a carwash worker by drying a car in the drying area of the carwash. His coworker, then, drove the customer's car out of the carwash and struck the employee. The coworker dragged the employee into the street. The employee was killed from multiple blunt force injuries. A report by the LA County Sheriffs representative and the employer's representative, his coworker tested positive for alcohol and was later arrested.
