Investigation Summary
At 7:00 a.m. on May 11, 2020, an employee who supervised coworkers at an assisted living facility died from COVID-19. One coworker had been hospitalized for COVID-19 and another coworker had been quarantined during the same time period. It is believed the employee was infected due to close contact with one of these coworkers.
