Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working at a nursing care or skilled nursing facility. She was a CRCA at a nursing home. On June 15, 2020, she was admitted to a hospital with COVID-19. Sometime between 8:00 a.m. and noon on July 1, 2020, she died. No residents on her hall at the nursing home were positive with the Coronavirus at the time.
