Investigation Summary
On March 30, 2020, Employee # 1, a physician, was seeing patients at one medical center, but he was employed and in private practice elsewhere. He tested positive for COVID-19 and died on April 18, 2020. On April 18, 2020, a coworker informed Employee # 1's employer that he had died.
