Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:00 a.m. on April 23, 2020, an employee (Certified Nurse Assistant) was complaining of headaches and respiratory discomfort on April 11, 2020, and a coworker offered to drive the employee home at the end of the shift. On April 12, 2020, the employee was admitted to the hospital. On April 24, 2020, the employee died from acute respiratory distress syndrome and septic shock related to COVID-19.
