At 8:30 p.m. on August 18, 2020, an employee who worked as a Registered Nurse working in the emergency room of a medical center died from COVID-19. The employee provided nursing care to patients. The employer reported that the employee experienced a respiratory protection breach which caused an exposure to COVID-19.
