At 8:00 p.m. on September 1, 2020, an employee who worked as a Cook for an assisted living facility for the elderly died from COVID-19. Two coworkers had also tested positive and were recovering at the time the narrative was submitted. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
