Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working as a medication aide in a skilled nursing facility. The employee was off-duty for a week when he started having symptoms of COVID-19. The employee had tested negative for COVID-19 two days prior to taking off from work. After a week off of work, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. The employee's symptoms worsened and he was hospitalized and subsequently died on August 26, 2020.
