Investigation Summary
At 5:45 p.m. on October 12, 2020, an employee, a Fire Fighter, was hospitalized 10 days prior to death. The employee's work activities were limited to the fire station (no fieldwork) in the six days leading up to his last day of work. Employee died from cardiac arrest due to acute myocardial infarction. COVID-19 Pneumonia was a contributing cause of death.
