Investigation Summary
On November 12, 2020, an employee who worked as a Public Safety Officer at a Medical Center died from COVID-19. The employee routinely conducted hospital rounds which included interaction with patients when needed. The employee was believed to have been exposed to COVID-19 before becoming ill. The employee was hospitalized due to complications resulting form the infection prior to his death.
