Investigation Summary
An employee was working as a used car manager in a car dealership where he acquired used vehicles for the dealership through internet auctions from his office. The employee had no interaction with the public at work. On November 17, 2020, the employee left work early due to a headache. The employer required everyone on site to have face coverings from March 2020, onward. The employer provided face coverings and hand washing facilities and hand sanitizers were available on site. The employee died due to COVID-19 complications at 5:27 a.m. on November 23, 2020.
