At approximately 5:39 p.m. on December 29, 2020, an employee gave hand signals to a tractor-trailer operator. The employee was pinned between a parked tractor-trailer and the tractor-trailer that the employee was giving hand signals to. The employee was crushed between both tractor-trailers and was killed.
