Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was working as a sales representative and Employee #2 was working as an accountant for a car dealership when the contracted COVID-19. Employee #1 was hospitalized on February 3, 2021, tested positive for COVID-19 on February 12, 2021, and died due to COVID-19 complications on February 18, 2021. Employee #2 tested positive for COVID-19 on January 27, 2021 and was hospitalized the same day. Employee #2 died due to COVID-19 complications on February 9, 2021.
