Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

In late 2020 or early 2021, an employee was working as an engineering technician at a general medical or surgical hospital. This was a veterans' hospital. The employee managed various HVAC projects throughout the hospital. It was possible that he was exposed to COVID-19 on the job. He did have a confirmed personal exposure to COVID-19 at home. At 9:00 a.m. on February 13, 2021, he died.
