Employee #1 and Employee #2 worked at the assembly line during a COVID-19 outbreak. Eighteen coworkers tested positive between September 29, 2021, and October 19, 2021. Employee # 1 died of COVID-19 infection, and Employee # 2 was hospitalized with COVID-19. This occurred at approximately 3:00 p.m. on October 19, 2021.
