Investigation Summary
At 1:30 p.m. on March 4, 2022, an employee was working as a truck driver for a firm that manufactured building trusses. He drove heavy trucks and tractor-trailers. He was delivering wooden trusses to a jobsite. He was on the ground, unloading the trusses from a trailer. When he went to the back of the trailer, the trusses fell off the trailer onto him. He was killed. He died on the scene.
