29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): The floor of every workroom was not maintained, so far as practicable, in a dry condition: a) In the TI-Building, on or about March 3, 2015 - The employer did not ensure that the TI-Building floor was maintained in a dry condition. On March 3, 2015, an employee designated as a TI Hacker was observed working in standing water in the area of the down draft table. Rain water from a broken gutter system was entering the building through the garage and man door located on the north side of the building.
