29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about January 22, 2016, during the installation of roofing materials on a newly constructed residential home located on lot 120 Stag Thicket, Brunswick, Ohio 44212, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries by requiring them to wear protective helmets when there was the possibility for head injury.
