29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Hornbeam Drive, Moorestown, NJ: On or about Jan. 27, 2016 an employee of Quick Carpentry Inc. was conducting framing work on the roof trusses of a large two story new construction residential structure. The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 23 feet to the ground below.
