29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected from fall hazards associated with framing on new residential construction. This was most recently observed at 18650 N HWS Cleveland Blvd. Elkhorn, NE 68022 where the employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet to the ground level below, while constructing and erecting exterior walls.
