29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Baker Boys DBA Formica Bros. Bakery - Ovens area: The employer did not develop and implement a lockout/tagout procedures for the Baxter ovens, the Revent ovens and the Reed oven all of which have gas and electric energy sources. Employees conducting minor maintenance were not provided with the Lock out/Tag out procedures, occurred on or about 05/04/2016.
