29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii): Lavatories are not provided with hot and cold, or tepid running water: The employer does not ensure that the restroom used by employees located in the front building is equipped with running hot and cold or tepid water. Employees are unable to wash their hands in the sink or flush the toilet. This violation was most recently observed on October 5, 2016 and October 12, 2016. To abate this hazard the employer must provide restrooms equipped with running hot and cold, or tepid water.
