29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A) Upper level of the structure: - An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below framing/sheathing activities. The employee was working without a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about December 19th, 2016. B) On a ladder in the front of the structure: - An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below framing/sheathing activities. The employee was working without a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about December 19th, 2016. Brito Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134616, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20th 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 539 Summer Avenue in Lyndhurst, NJ.
