29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(I): Energy control program. The employer did not develop, document or utilized procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. Pier 3, Crane 2, Machine House: Crane heavy mechanics worked on various mechanical and electrical equipment inside the crane machine house including motors, wall mounted circuit panels, safety switches, hoist motors for bridge crane, floor standing high voltage equipment, mechanical hoists, and mechanical rotating cable spools.
