29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) 56 Leonard St, 3rd floor, B West balcony: On or about 5/22/2017 an establishment employee was conducting concrete finish repair working from a rolling scaffold. The scaffold was in close proximity and the working surface was above the balcony's guard rail. The scaffold had no guard rail and the employee was not using any form of fall protection, exposing him to a fall hazard of greater than 30 feet to the ground below.
