29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): Employees were allowed to work on surfaces which did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity. a). At the worksite - On or about June 19, 2017, an employee was allowed to work from a top horizontal brace of the pivot point of a Valley Pivot Point Irrigation System (model: 7000/8000) that did not have the necessary strength and structural integrity to support the employee, thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately eight feet.
