29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) Location: a) Supported scaffold on the southeast side of the first floor of the jobsite: On or about 07/12/17, employees were installing CMU blocks on the first tier platform of a single-tier-high supported scaffold that was not fully planked or decked between front upright and the guardrail supports, and were exposed to falling approximately 16 feet to the lower level.
