29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structure: At the 9th Street Apartment: On or about July 24, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees exposed to slip trips and fall hazards when utilizing entrances and exits of the buildings. There were scattered plywood boards, uneven rough terrain with open trenchs, piles of sand blocking walk areas and scattered boards.
