29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 6353 County Road 21, Safford AL - New Shop; On or about September 13, 2017 and at times prior, sub-contractors working at Artistic Wood Works, LLC were not utilizing fall protection while working on the top of a portable building with a height of 7 foot 5 inches. b) 6353 County Road 21, Safford AL - New Shop; On or about August 15, 2017 and at times prior, sub-contractors working at Artistic Wood Works, LLC were not utilizing fall protection while working on the top of a portable building with a to a height of 7 foot 7 inches.
