29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(vi): Each danger tree was not felled, removed or avoided: Jobsite- 1225 Hollow Road, Ogle Township, PA: On or about September 18, 2017, all danger trees were not felled or removed from the work area before felling took place. A dead cherry tree that was located behind the employee felling trees in the area fell and struck the employee, ultimately fatally injuring the employee.
