29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The equipment's maximum working radius could get closer than 20 feet to a power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section: (a) Jobsite - On or about November 03, 2017 the 42 feet long load connected to the hoist of a National 6T56 truck crane contacted an overhead 7620 volt power line. Employer did not take precautions for the crane operating within 20 feet of an overhead power line.
