OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard: a) At the orange grove located at 18511 Docs Lane, Alva, FL, on or about March 11, 2018, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while using a 17 feet, 4 inch metal ladder to pick oranges from a tree located under a 16 foot, 2 inch high 13,200 volt overhead energized power line.
