29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iv): The employer did not train each employee on the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment, including, but not limited to, proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques: a) At the worksite - On or about July 2, 2018, the employer exposed an employee engaged in tree removal activities to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 30-feet, in that; the employer failed to provide training on proper tie-off techniques while elevated in trees. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
