29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: The employer is failing to protect employees from lighting hazards. This was most recently documented on July 5, 2018 at the residential construction site located at 4916 Raymond Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees engaged in roofing activities, were exposed to severe weather hazards when lighting stroke an employee.
