29 CFR 1910.124(j)(3): Periodic inspections of all dipping and coating equipment, including covers, drains, overflow piping, and electrical and fire-extinguishing systems were not conducted, and deficiencies were not promptly corrected: a) At the motor rewinding shop, employees used a varnish dip tank that contained a flammable hazardous chemical and no safety inspections for the dipping operation had been conducted.
