29 CFR 1910.304(g)(3)(i): The frame of the generator was not grounded and the generator supplied power to equipment that was not mounted or connected by cord and plug. a) MQ Power 70 Portable Generator: On or about August 30, 2018 and time prior employees used a 480V 3-phased portable generator to provide power to a water pump. The pump was connected to a pump switch box that was hard wired to the output terminals of the generator and the generator was not grounded to earth.
